*Please note all our fees are current as of 1st November 2023 & all fees are charged with 20% VAT*

Single let Properties One-time only sourcing fee:

• Studio - £1000 VAT
• 1 – 2 Bedroom Units - £1500 VAT
• 3 Bedroom Units -£2000 VAT
• 4 – 5 Bedroom Units - £2500 VAT
• 6 – 9 Bedroom Units - £3000 VAT
• 10 Bedroom Units- £3500 - £5000 VAT

Block Of Flats One-time only sourcing fee:

(When you are taking on multiple units within a block or hotel - 3 or more units in the same building).

£1000 per unit VAT (until 29 units)

£Negotiable VAT (30 units)

Single let Properties Monthly commission fee:

£100 - £200 VAT per calendar month throughout the duration of the contract term

Block Of Flats Monthly commission fee:

£100 - £200 per calendar month VAT

£Negotiable VAT per calendar month (50 units)

*DISCLAIMER 1: Our fee is based on the size of the property we have sourced for you. Our fee has no relevance to the performance of the property or your business operations. You will NOT gain access to the keys or the property until our fee has been settled in full even if the tenancy start date has begun.

*DISCLAIMER 2: Sourcing fees are completely separate to “holding deposits” & “Referencing fees” the rules regarding those is at the discretion of the vendor who provided us the property

*DISCLAIMER 3: ONLY refundable if the landlord/Vendor pulls out within the first 7 days of tenancy start date.

*One time Sourcing fee Option

This option is best for those who uses our services every few months. One-time fee usually works out better priced for those with good capital at hand.

*Monthly Commission Option

This option helps company cash-flow and beneficial to those taking on multiple units regularly from us. Monthly commission is charged for each property we provide you and you pay us a monthly commission via an invoice every month for the duration of the contract. (Monthly invoice will include 20% VAT, this replaces the sourcing fee option)
