We can assist your property before the refurb to assist you on the rental price that can be achieved from our providers and what components, compliances will be needed in the property to be approved for our providers use.
Our valuation call out service is completely FREE & there is no obligation to proceed. If you do decide to go ahead with us, we will need at least 3 weeks exclusivity to market the property to our clients once the property is ready.
When our client completes on your property, we will charge an introductory fee of £500.
