How does the whatsapp group work?

• We will send in the full post code and the size of the property and ask you for a quote. We will respond back to your estimate quote if we feel the landlord/vendor would entertain the price offered.

Payment for Single Lets?

• Payment works in two ways. We have the traditional sourcing fee, and our prices are linked on our prices page . Alternatively for single lets, we can disregard the upfront sourcing fee but instead request a monthly commission throughout the whole duration of the tenancy. Monthly commission price is case by case and can be discussed and agreed by both parties beforehand.
