Landlords Process

OUR PROCESS - LANDLORDS

1. We would first need to obtain property details in order to market to our clientele and identify which clients your property will be best suited for;

  • Full address:
  • Asking rent:
  • When is it available:
  • Type of property:
  • Pictures / Video / Floorplans:
  • Property Certificates:

    (Gas, electric, EPC, FRA, Building insurance, proof of Ownership)

2. We will then market it to our database and provide you any feedback;

  • Viewings
  • Offers
  • Any relevant questions/Queries

3. Once the above step has been completed, you will then decide if there is a particular offer you would like to proceed with, which will allow us to begin the moving in process.

4. Moving in process will involve;

  • Landlord / Managing agent details - Documents
  • Client details - Documents
  • Referencing (if needed)
  • Contract & Start date
  • Inspection (if needed)
  • Any move in monies due

5. Once agreement has been signed by both party, arrangement for the collections of keys will take place. (We would encourage you to do an inventory check before move in for your peace of mind and reference point.) Please ensure the property has had a deep clean before move in.

To manage expectations, the timeline from having an offer accepted to actually moving in is dependant on numerous factors but typically it can be between:
