Our properties will be either fully HMO compliant with a HMO licence, Fully compliant without a licence or not compliant however the landlord has given his consent for their property to be used for supported living and has granted permission for our providers to do the necessary changes to the property if needed.

Due to being a bespoke company, we will tend to get information about the criteria of the properties you are looking for and tailor make the deals and only send across the properties which fits into the criteria you are looking for or is very similar to your criteria.
1. We will source the market for properties which are good for Rent to Supported living / HMO
2. We will deal with liaising with the landlord / agent on your needs
3. We will send relevant property to you, along with video and pictures, for you to decide if you wish to view. before viewing, you will need to sign our NDA agreement.
4. We will arrange a viewing, for you to look at your next potential property (exciting!)
5. If you are happy, we will submit your offer on your behalf. If your offer is accepted we will require a sourcing fee deposit (to ensure you are committed to this property), and we will help you navigate through the negotiations / referencing and contracts.
6. Once everything has been signed off, you will be required to pay 1st month rent (& in most cases 4-6 weeks deposit) to the landlord or agent. Once that is completed, we will invoice you for our sourcing fee. Once our fee is paid, we will then arrange for key collection.
7. Congratulations. you have collected the keys to your next property venture / investment. We will send you a link for you to leave us a great review!
